Who we are
We created Support Magic because we were spending too much on customer support. All the available solutions sucked. So we did it ourselves. We went from spending 500K per year on customer support agents to now under $100K. We had 20 human agents on the team. Today that number is down to just two managers who oversee the AI and handle requests that have been escalated.
We knew other businesses can benefit from our creation. So we decided to make Support Magic avaiable to the public.
